Omni-Channel

The online activation featured images influencer Nane Miller wearing some of her iconic looks. When hovering over an item, the Mango products that together replicated Nane's style would be displayed. For the in-person activation, scannable QR codes were placed on racks displaying clothing grouped by Mango pieces that combined to create a Nane-inspired look. Once scanned, the QR code would direct the shopper to the online activation, where they could view one of their style inspirations (Nane) in a similarly styled outfit.

Mango is a global fashion brand known for its chic and contemporary designs, as well as their emphasis on quality materials and sustainable practices.

Challenge:

Mango wanted to improve their omni-channel shopping experience, using technological innovation to help them tackle low average order value and low conversion rates both in store and online. Their 2024 Winter collection was just dropping, so they decided to utilize La Complice to increase the buzz around this new inventory. 

Solution:

Through our proprietary outfit inspiration technology, we transformed the launch of Mango’s new Winter Collection, creating a new consumer’s shopping experience increasing foot traffic, sales conversion, average order value, and in-store engagement.
